I was with them in 1987, October.  You couldn't get them on the phone ALL DAY.
Don't think that they have added enough capacity to either their phones or
computers.  I've been looking into some alternatives, but still don't have anything
great shour to driving down to the local branch, 75+ miles and shouting HELP.  Does
anyone out there have any suggestions?  Phone and net comms are not enough!
