It is the “clever” Equis who has made absolutely ridiculous changes, without
input from their user community. It is Equis who deleted and destroyed a very
clever and existing product from MS - the macros. They advertised macros in
an upgrade, I bought it, I paid for it, and they neither asked me (nor any
other users) if they could delete them, they just did. And when the macros
disappeared they didn’t offer me or anyone else a refund from the upgrade we
had previously bought. The macros would take care of many of the concerns
that lots of people on this list have raised regarding the limitations of MS.
I am glad to be a moaner and a bitcher (if those are the terms you wish to
use) to try and prod the unresponsive and downright anti-customer attitude of
Equis to produce a more user friendly product. Without change and the
prodding for change by people who are willing to make a stand, this would be a
stagnate world.
Still think MS is the best under $500 piece of charting software (it is not
trading software) around. I just want to see Equis respond to users.
