VOLUME>Mov(VOLUME,180,S)

Well, it is looking for a stock that has not been above 20% of its low for
the 21 day period 4 days back (a ranging stock). Today's high is the highest
of last 21 days and volume is above the 180 day average. the filter adds
that today's volume was over 100,000. I think I got about 35 out of 10,700+
stocks yesterday.
