Same thing with me. Under Win 98 (I'm running the final beta build), the
chart tips show up, but the data in them is down and off to one side
inside the popup box. I've simply turned off the tips box function in
the options menu and use the Data box onscreen when I want to see daily
price/volume info as I move my mouse around on screen.
