My experience has been just the opposite. When I spoke to a couple of
programmers about this, they said that they were having the same problems
with Win 3.xx.
We have 2 computers. After win95 was installed on one computer, it ran so
much better than with 3.11, that win95 was installed on the 2nd computer.
In all frankness, you are one of the very few people that I have heard from
who is satisfied with win 3.xx.
