I see someone already beat me to the answer.  You need to make sure your
broker supports GLOBEX trading.  Our AG Edwards broker doesn't and that's
why we use Jack Carl (and they're substantially cheaper, as well).

We also use visual stops basis close, and if they're hit exit in Globex as
soon as we can.  We usually trade about 8PM western US time.

I usually do the same with futures placing "stop close only" orders: of
course this
means that on strong trending days I may get a really hurting fill!
