I for one like seeing charts. So I don't care if this problem was caused
by Outlook Express, IE4.0, Netscape, my ISP, your ISP or anything else.
I would like to solve it so I can recieve the charts correctly. If
anyone wants to test privately please email me at manasco@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
I'm using Netscape 4.0 with their built-in messager and my ISP will
allow up to 5 megs of download per message. I'll be happy to help.
