I normaly convert each day appx 3000 end of day shares data.
Today I had a power-cut. 27/05/98
Restarted windows MS 6.5 and downloder.
During the convertion I had the following massages;
1, 'Unable to read all records'
2 'User file is damaged' (Apx 250 records)
It looks that apx 250 record (all over the data base) will not convert .
Started again , carried out a Scan disk in the hope that any damaged file
will be repaired
but with out any luck.
I would like to delete at least two days of old allready converted data, in
the hope that
will get rid of the damage, but dont know how to do that (in a block) ,and
would it solve the problem?
Any suggestion or help resolving this problem will be appreciated.
