Steve had a problem and wanted help. He sent one .JPEG file to illustrate
what he was seeing. It seems that some overseas sites and the "free"
stateside sites took his 398K post and broke it into parts to cut down size.
Those of us who don't have such a file restriction, received it as one
normal file. He got his problem solved, he had not dropped the MA directly
on the indicator.

The file size was due to using .JPEG instead of GIF Which would have brought
his post under 100K and wouldn't have caused the problem. My ISP has a 1meg
limit, now. Before I have received as high as 5meg by e-mail. In a Way, I
see their reducing the size of mail but I am surprised they have cut back so
far in some of your sites. HTML and GIF files offer a large increase in the
information shared. A chart is worth a 1000 words.
