This (Att.) is Baan Company in Dutch guilders(Gld) , as home listed
on the AEX-Amsterdam Exchanges.

Just recently Baan aquired a British financial-software-developer
wich will add enourmously to Baan's current line of products,
and get it in size and products in line with softw-houses like SAP.

Baan was last week promoted from the AMX-Midcap to the AEX-index,
wich includes Netherland's Top25 (bourse volume-capitalised in Mln(DGld))
(the amount of shares traded in Million guilders).

I recommend to wait for a BUY on coming corrections(Mrt-Apr) for a ride
to maybe a new HIGH in May-June(1997 financial-report and
"shareholders-meeting season").

Btw, check out this "pearl" as well: Wolters Kluwer(here WKL) wich is joining up
with Reed-Elsevier(here ELS). Both publishers and listed as ADR's in the US.
I set targets for a HIGH of 350(DGld) equivelent to 170-175 US$.
Both are one of the best lead co's around, and over the years gave
a steady return to investors of over 3000% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(since 1988 and includes for stock-splits).

Ton Maas
