Mike -

If you are talking MIRAT alone, then the commonly accepted "best" one is
what is now known as "MIRAT" and is a combination of NSF Long and Short and
NSF Long Only Reports.

Tools for Timing, MIRAT's parent company also markets other, more
sophisticated, non-mechanical programs that can be used as stand alones or
complementary with MIRAT.

I recall that you have expressed interest in MIRAT on this listserve in
the past and, while encouraging you to seek opinions from MIRAT users here,
also strongly suggest that you call Tools for Timing's Tool Free Number,
1-800-325-1344 and speak to Mike Burk himself about your concerns and
questions. In my opinion, he is the best source of information on his
products, how they are used and variations that may suit you more so than
what others may use.
