Single Test and Comparison

HI,

Does anyone have an experience with similar situation?

I'm running a single test with no optimization on one of my system I get 
net profit 105.6.
When I include this same system into a comparison test with other, multiple 
systems the Net profit comes out as 0 for the same system.  Or even better 
as I compare it to different systems one by one I get different net 
profits.

Short:
(C- (Ref(C ,-opt1 ))) < -opt2*C
Long:
(C- (Ref(C ,-opt1 ))) > opt2*C

opt1=10, 10, 1
opt2=0.015, 0.015, 1

What do I not take into account?
