I dont understand the polarized fracral efficency, this indicator doesn't
seem to correlate with anything that I've tried.
the random walk index is an application of the mathematics of the random
walk to determine whether a security is in a short or long term up or
downtrend. The Metasock version of this index is quite incomplete and does
not show the full power of this index.
