Channels

Are there any opinions on Raff Channels vs Standard Deviation Channels
vs Standard Error Channels.  I have always used Raff.  Would I
unnecessarily complicate my life to investigate the others and do the
same principles apply?  I often spend a lot of time only to find, like
Omar,  I go out the same door I came in.
