Fidelity recognizes gains on its sector funds in December, usually over
a two or three week period. For charts of these funds to be meaningful
all gains must be factored in. The easiest way to do this is to delete
all data for the chart in late December and reload it from your data
provider. The new chart will take into effect the gains, assuming your
data provider has adjusted his data which should be the case.
