Help with Formula

I'm trying to make a formula for the exployer. What I want to do  is
scan all my stocks with the Stochastic over 80 and the RSI is over 70.
The other formula I would like is to scan for stocks with the Stochastic
under 20 and the RSI is under 30. Can someone help?
