Goldmann Sachs & Co.'s have given "buy" signals in bearmarkets as well.
You should not read them as buy signals, but as that they
are very possitive about a company's development.
This however does NOT mean that the price will go up.
The market trend is the strongest; no matter what buy/sell reports.
So find the trend, the trend is your friend, not the analysts.
They will not come to your rescue, mate.
