A check of Northern Light, my new-favorite-highly-recommended search
engine (http://www.northernlight.com) revealed the following
interesting site:

While it doesn't contain an explaination of how they are created, it
does have several great looking examples. Wonder what software he is
using?
FWIW, I checked several of my charting and TA books without any luck.
