Jeff,
I've been watching Rowan closely for a re-entry point ever since
I was stopped out of my position. I still like their story of having
a lock on the new deep water drilling rigs for the next three years.
I think we are close. It broke out of the down trend and is now near
the bottom of a short term up trend channel. It may well be my pick
of the week this week if nothing better comes along.
