Jeff,
I got the new MSN Outlook Express email server a couple of weeks ago. The default output setting was HTML. I had some complaints about that so I changed the send settings to text with MIME64 encoding. Most mail servers will automatically decode this. Yours must not and you are getting the encoded message. You could save it as a txt message, change the extension to uue, and decode by opening with something like WinZip95, but that's a real pain. Let me experiment with the settings instead.
I'm trying this with text at no encoding. Can you read it OK?
Jim
