Hi Michael,
I use MetaCareBase for converting data from a German data provider: NWP.
MCB is fast, reliable & versatile. Also, the authors are very helpful if there
are problems. If your data need special massaging you can modify their
'templates' yourself, or they can do it for you.
Shareware, try-out version available. Highly recommended!
