For London, try http://www.esi.co.uk, which has minute by minute updates of
the Footsie, delayed by 20 minutes (This is due to FTSE International, the
index supplier, changing its pricing structure recently). This also carries
a trigger page for the constituent stocks' prices and FTSE-Mid250 prices
updated 8 times per day. It has a host of other free and charged services,
and is well worth a look.
While we on the subject of London, you may also like to check out
http://www.hemscott.co.uk, an online version of Hemmington Scott's Company
Guide, which gives a good range of fundamentals on all London stocks free
of charge.
