Do you use NASDAQ Level II?

I was wondering if any of you are using NASDAQ Level II? Any comments you
would be willing to share would be greatly appreciated.

How do you use Level II in your strategy?
What's the good news and bad news about Level II?
Do you have a preference for a particular NASDAQ Level II Software/Data
vendor?
