I think that you can find these at the Equis web site. for V 5.11,and I
think they are available with V 6.0 or 6.5.
When using idicators please note what Chande and Kroll do at the begiining
of their book, ie all price-only based oscillators are highly correlated.
This doesn't mean that pric-volume based indicators will necessarily give
you any better signals.
