Go to http://www.equis.com and go to the formula page.  There is a
relative strength exploration using the S&P.  Simply use the Dow plot in
its place.

To plot the Dow on every chart, make a chart of the Dow on some other
security by dragging the Dow price into a new inner window on that
security.  Then, do a save as "template" and apply this template
whenever you want the Dow on any other security chart.
