Simple Exploration System-Higher Highs&Higher Lows

Hi,

This may be a simple Metastock exploration system, but how do I write the
exploration system where I would be exploring for all stocks that are
displaying 3 days consecutive higher highs and higher lows (for BUY) and
vice versa ( lower highs and lower lows) for sell?
