Recent purchase of Metastock 6.0

I am a married man we live in Sydney, Australia and we have recently
taken an interest in trading on the Australian stockmarket.  To make our
charting simpler we have purchased Metastock 6.0 for windows.  I hope
this will make my selections as good as possible.

I have one question how do you alter the date to show dd-mm-yy as is the
standard in Australia.
