My problem continues the same. I can not make the conversion let it be using the Excel 4.0 way let it be using the ASCII file procedure.
To help you understand and experiment I am sending the original of the file (Excel 8) I am converting.

Mario,
The Excel file MUST be saved as an Excel 4 file the DownLoader can not
convert the Excel 97 format. You can choose save as from the file menu
in Excel and save it as Excel 4. But, if I can make a suggestion, save
the file as CSV from Excel and then convert the file as ASCII instead of
Excel. You may need to make a couple changes to the file, most likely
just the header. Look at the ASCII example in the manual.
