the best software to get "TRENDLINES alerts" at a very low cost under
$50.00 is the
"wall street analyst DELUXE". it reads existing data (eg worden bros.
tc2000).
you can draw your own trend lines or have automatic trendlines drawn
(and many other indicators) check off the alert box & you are ready.
to find stocks meeting certain conditions ie line breaks, rsi crossing
etc, you run their "alert tracking control scanner" and all stocks that
have generated a signal, are listed.
just thought you might be interested.
i use it in conjuction with metastock (as trendline alarms are not
available).
metastock however lets you write "expert alerts" which i also use:
i write the signal condition in the space provided in alerts & attach it
to each stock.
when i access a chart a message comes up (pre written by myself eg ."rsi
generated a buy"
