It's been some time since I promised a new version of the Stock Tracker,many
problems where encountered. Should you still be interested in trying the
program go to the Stock Tracker home page at
http://stock-tracker/sos-connect.com and download the trial version of the
program. Unzip the file called T2LOADER.ZIP and print the manual, this will
provide installation instructions.
This new version requires windows 95. It will run for 10 download days
before asking if you wish to subscribe. It will shut down after 21 days if
you have not become a registered subscriber. I would reccommend that it be
installed as a new system (ie: do not convert older tracker files should
they exist) this will give the opportunity to check out the new system
before subscribing and keep your older data intact. When you subscribe you
will have access to historical data back to Jan/94 to fully bring your data
base up to date.
A reminder to occaionally check the web page site for program updates, with
a new release such as this, updates usally happen weekly until all the minor
bugs get worked out, in addition as the program comes up to preformance
levels new functions are phased into the program. The upgrades are free and
installable with trial versions.
