Whoa! I hope I am not alone in wanting full participation from Equis here.
I think company is missing an oppportunity to use this forum. When he
e-mails tech support he and only he gets answer. Someone else may be
suffering with same problem and leaving Equis camp because of it.
An informed customer is a happy customer. You have an opportunity here and
at website to answer a question once rather than 20 times. When you have a
bug, announce it, give work around or when fix will come out. If the manual
is incomplete or in error, post changes. This would be a company showing
Quality.
Talking about "trading" is great. But this can be done on 100s of
boards/lists/chats and is. But getting information on product usage is hard
to come by, from the source. Past this post on to CEO.
