Hi asit,
Why not just use the Bar Replay feature? Go to Tools-> Bar Replay
and select the from and to periods, the step interval and the speed. Note
that speed is steps/second, so if you want to go slower, you have to enter Speed
in decimals. Of course you can pause at any point as well.
And should you require actual snapshots (e.g., for printing), then Bar
Replay would work as well with you pausing and taking a screen shot
whenever. FWIW, this might use less resources during the trading day as
well plus you can do this on multiple symbols which you might not have been
watching intraday.
