You can include and exclude what you like just line in AmiBroker's AA window.  Open AB and click on filter.  Say you want to include watchlist 10 which has all of your ETF, but exclude watchlist 11 which has leverage ETFs.  Your AA analysis will therefore include all ETFs other than leverage ETF per your include/exclude.
