Can someone help me please with the following code lines
TheAvg1[0] = 0;
TheAvg[0] = ThePrice[0] /14;
for(i=1; i < BarCount; i++)
{
TheAvg1[i] = TheAvg[ i - 1 ];
TheAvg[i] = TheAvg1[i] + ThePrice[i] /14;
}
The problem is with: TheAvg1[i] = TheAvg[ i - 1 ];
It returns an EMPTY value
It seems that it doesn't like backward reference [i-1] because I have replaced this line with : TheAvg1[i] = 8 and I have no problems.
This is only an example my code is more elaborated, but the problem is still the same, I cannot use a [i-1] reference in a for loop: why?
I am using version 5.29Beta
Thanks for your help
Philippe
