If you are using Vista look in:
C:\Users\YourAccount\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++\

I have added userDefineLang.xml to C:\Program Files\Notepad++\ which should be the correct path on my computer but I cannot see any AFL keywords highlighting in Notepad++...
