This is really simple. You should be able to code it yourself, but I'll get you started. I did not try this in AmiB, so there may be some errors.

Entry=20;
Exit=80;
Buy=Ref(RSIx,-1)<Entry AND RSIx>Entry;
Sell=RSIx>Exit;
