[amibroker] Window Sizer

I distribute quite a few charts to friends and would like to fix them at a specific size. Right now this is impossible within AmiBroker as far as I know. I have found window sizers on the web but they are mostly for resizing browser windows and the one I did find that seems perfect (http://www.brianapps.net/sizer.html) is not supported on Vista (I use Vista). Can someone recommend a program that works for them?

I know I can use a screen ruler to get the size close but that is clumsy and not easily pixel perfect.

If there are nothing out there maybe something could be built in to AmiBroker? In that case, ideally, I'd like to make a floating chart at the the size I choose or, after making it, right click and choose from a size (predefined or specified).
