Does anyone have the formula for "Relative Volume"? per following:
Relative volume is the proportion of volume traded today relative to its normal volume at that time of day or compared to previous day's volume. (Heat Map) Light blue means that it's trading much above average relative volume; black means much below average. The sizes of the boxes correspond to the weighting of each stock within the sector. Excellent tool.
A heat map version  would be Cool.
