Before I write this, I thought I'd ask if there's anything like this out there.  

I want an indicator (not sure if it's an indicator) where I can click a point on the chart and drag to another point, and it will show me what the % difference between the 2 points is.  It's similar to the Fibonacci tool, but instead of showing the 0-100% range, it just tells me the % difference between the mouse down and mouse up value on the y-axis.
