Maybe you should use smth. like this:

sent = Nz(StaticVarGet("Sent"));
if ( NOT sent)
{
    AlertIf( Buy, "EMAIL", "+1 ES- Go long on System-1 5min", 1, 15);
    StaticVarSet("Sent", 1);
}
