Hello Rinsley/All experienced AFL Users:  

One of my yahoo friend has sent me this AFL/Trading system in exchange of my help to him--but I am a bit confused here as this file contains no AFL file only a dll file (for plugins) & an exe file--should go on & install it ?

Please advise--
