Very Simple -
Save your file as .csv rather than excel.
Then to to AmiBroker>File> Import Wizard and follow the steps.
Suggest flipping the Ticker and Date columns so Ticker is first - and be sure that you pick the correct date format - and check the box to ignore 1 row so it doesn't try to load the headers as a quote.
At most a few minutes.
