Hi Rob --
Have you tried the ExRem function?
After your Buy = ... and Sell = ...
Buy = ExRem(Buy,Sell); Sell = ExRem(Sell,Buy); Short = ExRem(Short,Cover); Cover = ExRem(Cover,Short);
Thanks, Howard

My buy and sell signals are based on a couple of conditions. The back test results look good, but when I go to plot the buy and sell signals, I can see 2 or 3 buy signals, then a sell signal, or some sell signals, then a buy signal. It is no worse than annoying, but I would like to see if I can remove the clutter when plotting the signal arrows. Any ideas?
The main points of the code is below:
SetOption( "MaxOpenPositions", 1 );
Buy = cover = condition1 AND condition2;
Sell = short = condition3 AND condition4;
PlotShapes(shapeUpArrow * Buy + shapeDownArrow * Sell, IIf(Buy, colorGreen, colorRed), 0, C, -12);
Thanks in Advance,
Rob
