[amibroker] Timestamp of IB - AB is not set to a full hour but to e.g. 8:29

I have set the timeframe to 1h. In settings I use "use Exchange time" but the time shown in AB is for hourly 7:29, 8:29 and so on. 
The actuall fillings for realtime a then correct 9:00, 10:00.
I use the TWS -IB for getting realtime and backfills. 

Does anyone has a solution for this ?
