Not enough info in your request to totally understand your question. Here is an example with offset that follows PlotShapes in AmiBroker Help.
OffsetTradeArrow = -25;
PlotShapes(buy*shapeUpArrow, colorGreen, 0, Close, OffsetTradeArrow);
PlotShapes(sell*shapeDownArrow, colorRed, 0, Close, OffsetTradeArrow);
