Actually eSignal treated me very badly last year. Overcharged me $900
and would only give $100 back. Data providers charge for the
potential access to their data. In my case I asked for the service to
be discontinued indefinitely (not cancelled), but they still charged
my CC (and my Wife did not realize that they were not supposed to
anymore). So much for doing the right thing!
