Does anyone know how to force an exit when an overlay metric trips that says to be out of equities?

I see in the portfolio equity line the positions trickling into cash as the hold period of 90 days ends, but I need to override the 90 day hold when the overlay metric says go to cash right now.
(No shortterm redemption fees are involved)
