[amibroker] Ticker in Data but not in AmiBroker

My friend and I both use AB and trade the same system, and his exploration returned 1 ticker that was not included in my exploration. When I typed in the ticker, AB asked if I wanted to include it. I clicked yes, and voila! it was there. Obviously, the data was there already, but not being seen by AB.

What do I need to do in order to make sure that AB has all the tickers enabled?
