I see a ticker, ADVN, from eoddata, from which I think you can download
a few weeks data for free, or pay for historical, you need to register.
http://www.eoddata.com/Symbols.aspx
ADVN is included in the "Global Index" .
Click on the 'Download' tab, select "Global Index", uncheck 'Download
all symbols', enter ADVN, hit Download.
I presume there is a ticker for 'decliners' somewhere down the list.
