That is because there is no refresh command generated if you have no  
quotes coming in.  You can force refreshes in different ways.  One way  
is with a RequestTimedRefresh() command in the second afl.  Another  
way is to send the F5 key (refresh all) command in the first afl.   
There may be other ways, but I have not tried any others.
